By accessing and using GenColor.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Free users are granted a limited license to:

  • Generate coloring pages for personal, non-commercial use
  • Download and print generated coloring pages
  • Share generated coloring pages in non-commercial contexts

Premium users are granted additional rights to:

  • Use generated coloring pages for commercial purposes
  • Sell or distribute generated coloring pages
  • Include generated coloring pages in commercial products

3. Credits System

Our credits system operates as follows:

  • Each generation costs 2 credits and provides 2 unique variations
  • Credits reset daily at UTC 00:00
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next day
  • Premium users receive additional daily credits

4. User Content

When uploading photos or submitting text prompts, you:

  • Retain ownership of your original content
  • Grant us license to process and transform your content
  • Agree not to upload inappropriate or illegal content
  • Are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use uploaded content

5. Content Restrictions and Moderation (NSFW Policy)

(1). Prohibition of NSFW and Objectionable Content:

  • You explicitly agree not to use gencolor.ai to generate, upload, manipulate, or share any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content or any material that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
  • Sexually explicit material, pornography, or nudity.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms minors.
  • Extreme violence, gore, or graphic depictions of self-harm.
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.

(2). Content Moderation and Risk Control:

  • To ensure a safe environment and compliance with these Terms, gencolor.ai employs active content moderation and risk control mechanisms. We utilize automated filtering algorithms, AI safety systems, and, where necessary, manual reviews to detect, prevent, and block the generation of prohibited content.
  • By using our Services, you consent to such monitoring and moderation of your inputs (prompts, uploaded images) and the generated outputs.

(3). Enforcement and Consequences of Violation:

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to block, filter, or delete any content that we determine violates this policy, without prior notice.
  • Repeated or severe attempts to bypass our safety filters or generate prohibited content will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
  • We may also report severe violations (such as CSAM or illegal content) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or credit restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the service's source code
  • Use automated systems to access or interact with the service

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
